    I hate them. It’s disgusting. There has to be another way to “up tension”. If you’re ‘torn between two people’, it’s completely unfair to them if you’re obvious to the both of them, and then around the other when they’re both around or whatever the hell it is. If an author needs to resort so low to make things interesting, then maybe their story’s plot is what needs to be worked on, not the development of the character’s love life. And if the story’s plot IS the triangle… well, I hope it doesn’t sell.
