  2. Involvement in Community Theater can be helpful. When you get a part you have to learn lines and interact with other actors; you may even be surprised at audience response. The bonus is exposure to a stage script, another kind of writing.

  3. Ha Phyllis, you are absolutely right! I’m a bit of a closet actor as well. Even taking some acting classes can help you see about motivation/reaction and all sorts of neat things. And a stage script has to deliver the story through the dialogue, so you are right-on with that…bonus!
